The nav on the ’09 RTL I bought recently doesn’t boot up. Upon vehicle startup, I get the earth horizon & sunrise screen, but it doesn’t go to the disclaimer with the OK button. Instead, it follows with a “DVD disc reading error, (unformatted)”. As the Ridge is new to me, I don’t understand...
