It can be done as other have here on the ROC. You also need to swap your front bumper.

'14 Sport front clip on an '06
Hi all! I've been looking carefully at these trucks in person and to me they seem exactly the same so here's my question:
Can I swap out my headlights/grille/ etc to give my '06 a nicer look? I like the look of the '14 sport front end. In other words, are the front fenders and hood the same shape from '06-'14? I realize I'll need to wire up the fog lights but that's a minor detail for me. If anyone has done this- please chime in. Thanks!

Fantastic! Thanks Jones. Called my supplier but he doesn't think these front ends are available aftermarket up here yet. Won't know until Monday. The newer style bumper is so much nicer than the '06.
There are posts here discussing grill swaps as you've described, and I think they also discuss bumpers. I believe there's some minor mods (cutting of plastic) that have to be done. Do a search & you'll find some good detail in those prior threads.
