2006 Ridgeline LT Gauges

My gauges quit working. My horn quit first, it still blow with alarm but will not blow from steering wheel. Any ideas about the horn and gauges not working.

Check fuse #13 in the primary underhood fuse box. And ffuse 7 in the underdash fuse box. (there may be others too).

Wow I checked underneath the hood #13. Didn't see the horn listed on #7 under the dash. I will indeed check it. I truly appreciate it thank you so very much!!
