I believe the transmission drain plug was also relocated with the 2009 MY from the front drivers side to the rear passenger side of the pan.

Another change in 2009 was that Honda include both the MAP and the MAF sensor.

This was a known issue that Honda addressed in the 2009 update.
What did Honda change to "fix" that issue? I'm not aware of any changes in that regard. In addition, there have been only a few reports here of the cylinder 4 issue. I think I looked at trying to get some data on the subject years ago but never got enough data for analysis. There just weren't that many reports.

Of course while it's a rare occurrence, if it happens to you, then that's once too often.

My cylinder 4 ignition coil is dusty copper at the tip. Is this normal even if the plug is torqued to specs? I thought about buying a a new coil and see if the copper color comes back even with correct torque. Is oem recommended?
