About a month ago the courtesy lights and dashboard lights changed. When you press the remote unlock button, the dash lights come on, the overhead courtesy lights do not. During the day, the dashboard lights are on and are bright. If you try to dim the dashboard lights by rolling the dash light dimmer wheel, there is absolutely no change. The courtesy light on the dash dimmer switch itself does not work. When you turn on the headlights at night, there is still no change in the dashboard lights being able to be dimmed or turned off or put on low. When you turn off the ignition key, the overhead courtesy light in the front no longer comes on when you open the door. The dash lights come on when the door is opened, and remain on for about 15 seconds after the door is closed and the vehicle is locked before they go out. It's as if the overhead courtesy light and the dashboard lights have changed positions on what is on when the vehicle is locked and you press the remote unlock button to unlock the vehicle. The overhead courtesy light on the driver side of the light only works in dim mode, while the passenger side of the overhead courtesy light works dim and bright. Has anyone experienced this issue, is it the dashboard dimmer switch that has gone bad or is this a programming error. Has anyone had this issue and what was done to fix the problem? Thank you in advance for your help in this subject matter. Respectfully, Liberty5601 in Oklahoma - 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTS.
