Since being advised by Arnold that I will be able to tour the plant on my scooter, I will gladly join the rest of you ROCers on this meet. Will be good to
see OLD familiar faces and NEW ones as well. :cheerleader:

Thank you for lining up this tour, very much appreciated! I attended the first get together at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio set-up by LadyRidge and the Marysville, Ohio Honda Element / Ridgeline Tour set-up by T-Mac and his wife. Enjoyed them both and look forward to this one. Again, thank you!

Friday schedule:

Breakfast at a restaurant to be determined Thursday. If you are arriving Friday morning and want to join us for breakfast, look for details posted here Thursday evening.

Alabama is in the Central Time zone.

9:45 a.m. Line up to convoy to Honda. It may be too tight to fit everyone in the Victoria parking lot, so let's tentatively plan to assemble in parking areas along East 16th Street, which is the street bordering the south side of the hotel property. There is a Waffle House which could probably accommodate all of us. Regardless, just come to the south side of the hotel and look for Ridgelines.

9:55 Depart

10:30 Arrive at Honda Line 1 Welcome Center.
(Directions here:
http://www.ridgelineownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34917 and scroll to post 7.)

HMA Overview 30 minutes (Room WC 107b)
Move by Odysseys to Engine Division for tour (30 minutes)
Move by Odysseys to Stamping/Stamping Blanking Tour (20 minutes)
Move by Odysseys to Line 2 for Lunch (45 minutes) (CAC will pick up lunch costs.)
Tour Line 2 (extended tour on floor by PTA) (1 hour)
Return by Odysseys to Line 1 for Q&A Sessions with Al Oravet and Steve Salak.

We may try to get a photo of our trucks outside the plant (remember - no cameras, cell phones or other recording devices inside) after the tour event. We will definitely get a group shot at either the World's Largest Chair or the Covered bridge near the Anniston exit.

The rest of the day we will play-by-ear, probably socialize back at the hotel, and make dinner plans.

National Weather Service forecast calls for high temp of 86 Friday, with a 60% chance of thunderstorms. You may be tempted to wear short pants Friday, but don't! Only long pants will be allowed on tour.
