The "crazy" lights and gauges are almost always a symptom of a weak/failing battery. If replacement batteries are not holding a charge, then you need to have the charging system checked. After that, then you can check for parasitic drain. I'm not aware of any known issues with the radio/nav causing this problem.
2010 RTL stereo/NAV issue kills battery
My first Honda/forum/online club joining, so I apologize in advance for any mistakes! Bought this unit last SEPT with 206,000 miles as a "farm truck/2nd vehicle". LOVE everything about it, never given any trouble--but noticed electronic "stuff" like airbag indicators, tighten fuel cap, enter radio or NAV codes would flash--but nothing "wrong". I assumed it was like the "check engine" light on Toyotas....In DEC it had dead battery overnight, mechanic said was battery despite NEW battery in it; he replaced with Interstate brand. Three days later-- battery dead again--and now dead EVERY morning. Jump start and it runs fine all day, dead overnight. Now he says factory stereo/NAV is the problem...removed fuses powering that group...problem solved, starts every morning. But my singing is TERRIBLE--and I don't have any of the features that make this such a great daily driver. All I've heard are horror stories..so if anybody can offer guidance, it's greatly appreciated!

Agree.... First next step (now that you've put in a new battery) is to verify parasitic drain. If that's what they already did to pinpoint Radio/Nav, then you just need to figure out where that drain is happening (ignition switch or ????). You'll probably have to take it to a good auto electric shop for fastest path to solution.... otherwise you could be chasing your tail & spending time/money w/o resolution.The "crazy" lights and gauges are almost always a symptom of a weak/failing battery.
