I had the dealer replace both axle this week with 43,000 miles on my Ridgeline. The 2nd time my passenger side axle has been replaced!! Never has these issues with my 2007 Honda:act047::act047::act047:

PS and the Service Manager tried to only replace 1, when the Tech said to replace both!!! Really

It's one thing to repair the damaged parts, BUT I'd want to know what caused them to fail!

This is really a long shot question, but is there anyway you can validate that you are getting OEM axles put on (external markings maybe). It would be highly unlikely that your dealer would do anything other than OEMs, but you've got a squirrely problem if those are OEMs and they keep going bad.
