Does anyone have both on their vehicle? If so, what make Bull/Brush Guard (BBG) did you install and how was it installed. I did not have a skid plate on my 2018 RTL-E, but I now do on my 2019 HRBE. I had to cut the plastic protection plate (?) on the 2018 to install the BBG. It looked pretty bad. I'm looking for something that will fit without any cutting, IF that's possible.

I was thinking of adding a bull bar or brush guard on my 2019 RTL, and the research I did made me conclude this was a bad idea. Here's why:
  1. Interferes with airbag deployment.
  2. Interferes with collision safety design of vehicle.
  3. Interferes with ground clearance (can be a loss of 2 or more inches, depending on how it mounts).
  4. Not sufficiently strong to actually prevent damage (say, if you hit anything bigger than a small deer).
  5. None available for G2 Ridgeline that are winch-capable.
Just thought I'd offer that info for consideration....
