Yes, but the notice said that due to supply chain issues, they are requesting that only people with no display take their vehicles to the dealer for repair. All others will receive another notice in the near future when they should take theirs in.

Sure did! 🤨 The recall doesn't include the 2020 models.Did you read the title of this thread?
There have been relatively few reports of wiring harness failure on 2020 models, but more than zero. The recall only applies to 2017-2019 models, so you're on your own unless Honda agrees to cover the repair under goodwill, which is unlikely, but possible.Has anyone had issues with their back-up camera on a 2020 Ridgeline? Mine went out and I'm now battling the dealer on the extended warranty to fix it. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the info. We are currently having it repaired, so I hope this will last longer than the first. We love Honda vehicles, however, it's concerning regarding the recalls/service notices that have been coming in as of late. There have been relatively few reports of wiring harness failure on 2020 models, but more than zero. Very valid point! 👍Another way to look at all these recalls and TSBs is at least they are acknowledging the issues and offering solutions instead of ignoring your safety or leaving you to figure out a solution on your own.
Hee hee, all to funny! We with the Ridgelines covered under the recall are still patiently waiting to get our harnesses replaced while those with Ridgelines outside of the recall are currently doing most of the complaining? Sheesh!I have a 2020 and my camera has stopped working. But since my vehicle has over 36000 miles I have been told by Honda and the dealer they can not fix it because the recall is for 2017 - 2019 Ridgelines. One would think that they could see that this is still a problem in the 2020’s and include them in the recall. No too pleased with response from Honda
Are you sure your issue is the same as the issue in the recall? Have you inspected your wiring? Sorry if you already stated that. The title of this forum is 2017 - 2020 back up camera failure on the ridgeline, I have a 2020 and my camera has stopped working. I feel your pain . . . I just had my 2020 camera replaced yesterday. I, too, was over the 36,000 miles but luckily had purchased an extended warranty. The extended warranty required that I pay a $200 deductible. I asked what the cost would be without the extended warranty and was told @ $475.The title of this forum is 2017 - 2020 back up camera failure on the ridgeline, I have a 2020 and my camera has stopped working. So, apparently like DThughes made reference, we are confusing two entirely different issues here where the recall concerns replacement of the harness, and this poster's issue was strictly with the camera, unrelated to the harness?I feel your pain . . . Sorry for the confusion -- the replacement of the harness occurred yesterday, so it's the same issue as the recall. The service advisor at the dealership stated that they were surprised that when Honda issued the recall that it didn't include the 2020 model. So, apparently like DThughes made reference, we are confusing two entirely different issues here where the recall concerns replacement of the harness, and this poster's issue was strictly with the camera, unrelated to the harness?
