Truxxx has confirmed they are making a leveling kit and a lift kit as well. They will let anyone that contacts them as soon as it is ready to go. If you fill out the contact form you can get put on a list and be sure to mention this forum and I was told we get a discount. Just go to the Truxxx website and fill out the contact form, just be sure to mention the ridgeline owners club forum!

Thanks for measuring and confirming what my eyes are telling me when I look at pictures of the Ridgeline Chase truck with 1.5" front lift. It looks like it still has a slight rake to it, but I would expect it to look more squatted than a stock RL with a moderate load in the bed. For me, that would be rare and something I'd gladly accept to get the additional front end clearance that the leveling kit provides.
ok here is a pic of a 2" front only. This is another company that is working on a kit, not Truxxx. think the front might almost look too high on this. The 1.5 or 1.75 might be the way to go. Let me know your thoughts...

Agreed, front looks too high. 1.5-1.75 is the sweet spot.

Raise the back a little & put bigger tires on. This could be a winner.

Exactly, that would be the winner IMO.

Yeah.....1.5" seems to me is the best height increase. YMMV though.
can't wait to do a lift kit and then drop some 255/65 LTX tires in hopefully before winter, maybe some KO2's.. I plan to do a lot more ice fishing this year, so i want a tire that will do well out on the ice maybe a KO2 would be better for that.

I hope i can lift the back 1" and the front like 2" with only spacers id be happy, anyone know if the back can be lifted AT ALL with spacers alone?
Just some thoughts that I know not everyone will agree with. Until there's a track record for multiple alternatives for leveling/lifting the G2 and upsizing the tires, my inclination is to believe that the Jsport guys took a very hard look at what mods could be done given the front axle and wheel well limitations of the truck. They claim to have done the R&D to build a very tight case for full warranty certification...good enough to convince Honda dealers that installing their kits would not create liability issues. Still, it's a stretch for me to believe that their testing covered all the bases -- everything, say, from collision performance to rollover risk to ABS/VSA functions to Honda Safety Sensing performance and beyond. Lifting the suspension and upsizing the tires could potentially affect any of those operational characteristics, but would it be significant? Who really knows?

Without more information, my gut says the Jsport mods are less likely to push the limits of the truck's operational and safety systems. From that view -- and it is just my opinion -- I would be reluctant to lift the front suspension by more than 1.5", increase tire size by more than 1" diameter or stray more than a few mm from the factory wheel offset (i.e., the Jsport specs). Everybody is free to mod their trucks however they like, and I certainly wish them no harmful consequences. After all, if nobody tests the G2's limits, we will never know what they are. I repeat, this is just one guy's opinion...and maybe I'm just too cautious about this.

Well thanks Nancy............ LOL If people are that worried just leave it stock I guess. I have 20" wheels with 255/50 series and it drives just like the stock one I test drove. Dealer installed the tires and wheels but im sure I could have had discount tire do it as well. I just wanted to pick it up ready to go and not deal with it. But no way would I pay for the JSport "package deal" for even 4K or whatever special price we can get. I will most likely use the Truxxx leveling kit (since JSport is supporting lift kit socialism) when it is available. I will post pics then!
I think the Truxxx kit will be very popular. It's interesting that Truxxx says 1.75" front lift is max possible without modifying other drive components. Sounds like they landed real close to the Jsport 1.5" front lift spec. There must be good reason for that. Competition is great and it may result in Jsport deciding to also offer just the leveling kit.
I agree..... 1.5 to 1.75 seems like the right look. I sure wish JSport would quit with the lift kit socialism and just let us buy it how we want it.

Pretty hard to charge thousands of dollars for some hockey pucks on the open market
Got my Truxxx leveling kit installed a few weeks ago, then just installed BFG K02's 265/60-18 over the weekend... Got 10 inches of ground clearance now. Ridgeline rides very well. A little bit of humming noise, 37 psi on tires.

I installed 255-60-18 hakkapeliitta r2 and on full lock turn I have about 0.75 inch clearance before installation of the 1.5" levelling kit.
I was going to have the levelling kit (Truxx 1.5 inch) installed yesterday when It came to me that I would need to adjust the beam of the headlights ( lower the beam ) if I do not lift the rear at the same time.
I guess their kit for the rear is not ready yet??? Or is it ? BTW does anybody have access to a link that describes the process of adjusting the headlights for the 2017 ridgeline after the installation of a levelling kit? For instance the location of the proper screws and how to get to them to readjust the headlights heights.
Thanks and have a great day.

Page 99 of the owner's manual says this:

"The headlight aim on your vehicle was set by the factory and does not need to be
adjusted. However, if you regularly carry heavy items in the cargo area or tow a
trailer, have the aiming readjusted at your dealer or by a qualified technician."

There has to be a way for the user/owner to adjust them, but Honda's not willing to disclose that to us via the provided manual.
Just do a websearch for "aiming headlights". It isn't difficult....Honda is just CYA, er
... CTA.
Did that research extensively and no where to be found; That is for a G2 2017. Where are those screws or nuts or whatever and especially how to access them???

It seems like you need to remove many parts to get access to the rear of the headlights assembly. And once you get there you will want to only lower the left and the right HL by the exact same value.
You will not want to change ANY other adjustement so you will want to know which ones are the right ones.

Well I finally found an answer; So if anybody needs it I have a PDF that shows how to the headlights can be adjusted UP or Down. It is quite simple. Thanks for your input on the 1.5 inch Truxx level. Kit.
Mine is being installed today.
