I purchased mine with 180k miles on it and have no regrets. If she can prove that she's kept up with the maintenance and didn't just write everything down the night before, then I don't see why not.

Long time lurker, finally looking to buy. Saw his one near me. Owner said that she has all maintence records and that she doesn't drive it much anymore due to having a new company car. CD player doesn't work, and has a bit of paint damage. I might talk her down a bit on price. I'm still a bit leery of buying a vehicle with 190k miles though. What do you guys think?

Right about 205k I believe.
I'm the original owner of a 2006 with 170K on it...
Granted just had to have the transmission rebuilt due to the failure of the transmission cooler.
So if you get it, make sure you check out the transmission oil lines going into the radiator. You'll find plenty of people on the board that replace the radiator preventively usually with a non-OEM. $300 is a lot less to pay that $3,100.

Went and test drove it. Has a little whine when steering and tough to steer at times. She wouldn't budge on the price. I'm going to think about it some more. Thanks for your insight guys.
Very likely the steering thing is just a lack of maintenance. I don't believe there is a fluid change interval specified for the power steering, so most people just let it sit. Yep, most cars do not have a maintenance interval for power steering fluid, so if the person selling the car claims to have taken real good care of it, one of the first things to check is that fluid, if it looks good then they likely went above and beyond (at least on that one thing) 
No. Just got a trailer in Oct 2014, only been on 3 trips all within about an hr from home.And you've towed quite a bit too, right?
