Went and test drove it. Has a little whine when steering and tough to steer at times. She wouldn't budge on the price. I'm going to think about it some more. Thanks for your insight guys.

Very likely the steering thing is just a lack of maintenance. I don't believe there is a fluid change interval specified for the power steering, so most people just let it sit. Miracles happen with just a change of fluid.
