I just bought a 2007 RTL where the previous owner had switched out the front bumper/grill for that of a 2014. However the daytime running lights and fog lights are not hooked up. Can anyone tell me what would be involved to get those to work?
I don't know what's involved in hooking up these lights, but I do know you will need to purchase the OEM accessory fog light switch for your particular 2007 instrument cluster. In the 2014 models with fog lights, this switch came standard, of course. For the 2007 models it was an OEM accessory that you had to install yourself or have the dealer do it for you. Perhaps the OEM Fog Lights installation instructions will help you, but for the DRLs... good luck.
If the wiring harness is there it should just be a matter of buying the lights and installing them. If not I think you would need the wire harness for the 2007 and the lights for the 2014 bumper. I added the OEM fogs to a 2011 RTS and it was plug n play. Try searching this site, You will find all you need. Here is a good thread on the DRL's.

For the 2007 model year, the only Ridgelines with DRLs were the Canadian versions. The Canadian DRLs of that model year were inbeded in the headlights; so I doubt there is appropriate wiring hanging around that would be useful.
If your Truck has the DRL and Fog light housings already in place, and the actual truck does not have anything pre wired, then you are better off getting a DRL wiring kit and Fog light wiring kit off Amazon, or other outlets and using the supplied switch and the blanks by the VSA switch to complete it. This is cost effective and less things to tear open. The wiring kit will have everything you need as far as relays and switches and will be fused and powered off the battery. However, do invest in a DRL kit that has a light sensor that either dims or turns off the DRL. (having the DRL turn off, would be preferred in the OEM DRL light assembly).
