Try running ethanol free gas(also known as recreational gas). It can be a little difficult to find and cost about a dollar more. Ethanol is awful for any engine. My gas mileage starts to drop time to time. I’ll run two tanks of ethanol free gas and the motor resets and I get all my mileage back.

Don’t know if this helps… I have a 2022 RTL-E and run regular gas on it. I get about 400-410 miles per tank with 10-15 to spare.
The EPA estimate is at 55MPH - on the Mass Turnpike 80MPH is the norm and 15 mpg sounds right.
That does seem low. I have a 2022 rtl-e and my trip-meter computed average (non-Eco mode) with 6,000 miles is 20.3 mpg with about 1/3 stop and go, 1/3 55+ mph secondary roads, and 1/3 70 mph interstate.

Also, they updated their testing criteria several times over the years, so you can't compare your MPG on your current vehicle ratings to the ratings on a vehicle that's a decade or so older.
You didn’t specify exactly how the truck is being driven, so there is no way to say whether that mileage is normal. I just pulled a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer for 400 miles with my ‘17, and the dash display says average for the trip was 16.4 mpg.
IDK—the only way I am going to get down to 15 mpg is to pull a 4000# trailer. I’ve gotten 20-21 consistently for the last year with mixed driving for work. I use 10% ethanol 89 octane. And I rarely use Eco.
If that info is from your trip computer, I’d recommend calculating it yourself over a couple of tankfuls before rushing to conclusions.

It's a brand new truck, it will get better, but 15 is low, even doing 70 to 80, unless it's all uphill.
From my experience, I can get better MPGs than Econ mode, so I never use it. Don't jam on the gas and wind it out, let the gears shift up, I try to keep it around 2000 rmp, cruising at 75 mph. Obviously it will go higher when getting up to speed, but gradually.
Prestarting puts a dent into your gas milage also, whether it's to cool it down or heat it up in the winter.
And, don't be one of those drivers that think you should be on the gas or stomping on the breaks at all times, nothing wrong with coasting.
The point is, everyone's driving habits are different, so hard to say for sure, but you should be doing better.

I get 22-23 overall avg. 50% short tripping around town, 50% open road, that's on 87 oct reg w/ethanol. I don't have as heavy a foot as I used to and don't jackrabbit very often, so? I'm averaging about 24 MPG's overall after 16,000 miles in my RTL-E. I just registered 32 MPG on a 250 mile stretch of driving on 2 lane highways in the Upper Midwest (typical highway speeds 60-65). The only time I've gotten lower than 20 MPG for an extended drive is while towing.
22 RTL-E here as well. I'm on my 2nd tank of gas. I'm in ECO mode, city driving 25-50 mph everywhere. AC at 68 usually half speed or less. Typical driving to grocery, ball fields etc. No towing. No aggressive driving (2 kids in the car usually). Using Costco 87 octane. Computer is telling me 15.6 mpg. I'm hoping it gets better as the truck breaks in.
I never saw 15s in the tank avg on my 2021 RTLE. Since new has been 20plus. I am not using ECO.
The lowest I saw was 19 due to the drag created by a full 4-bike hitch rack.

My 22 was pretty low, 18-19 mpg, for the first 4k miles. Started to creep up after that and now with 7k miles I'm about 23- 24 mpg overall, rural driving mostly. No long highway trips yet. Initially I hand calculated but for me the indicated mpg was very close, within 1mpg, so why bother.
I get 23 at a steady 80. I can get 24 on two lanes. Don't do city driving .No eco. Mine has crept up a bit with mileage.
Unless you see gas leaking out of the tank or fuel line don’t worry about it.

Denatured ethanol (98% ethanol) contains approx. 30% less energy than gasoline per gallon.
So if I do the math correctly, and you are using E10/E15, that would be an approx. energy decrease of 3 - 4.5% / gallon. However MPG really depends on driving habits. I have only ever run 1/4 - 1/2 a tank of it through my engine, Therefore I do not have any personal experience with the subject.
