That does seem low. I have a 2022 rtl-e and my trip-meter computed average (non-Eco mode) with 6,000 miles is 20.3 mpg with about 1/3 stop and go, 1/3 55+ mph secondary roads, and 1/3 70 mph interstate.
That is an excellent point - I would suspect that fuel mileage drops a LOT as the speed increases above 55 mph. It depends a lot on your actual speed on the Mass turnpike.The EPA estimate is at 55MPH - on the Mass Turnpike 80MPH is the norm and 15 mpg sounds right.
