Here is my current progress. Going to use the stock intake mani spacer to keep the torque curve low. Already have KTuner and Bisimoto is gonna take care of the actual tuning.

305hp on tap will be a HUGE improvement.

Dopes,

Very interesting swap! Makes a lot more sense to me to give the Ridge the low end grunt that it needs rather than mods that give it more power at high RPMs where I am almost never spending any time. . .

Can you give some more details?
Year and model range of Acura donor vehicle?
What parts other than the engine need to come along?
How much $ do you expect to pay on the tuner end of the project?

Please keep the updates coming. Very interested in performance as well as things like gas mileage etc.

Thanks!

Thanks for the additional info!

To be clear . . .All the wiring harnesses are Ridgeline?
Does your TL motor give anything up on the lower end with the more aggressive cam profiles? I would assume the the exhaust VTEC is win win (except perhaps or added complexity) but how does the TL 3.7 compare to the MDX one down low?
Dopes,

Thanks SO MUCH for sharing everything that you have done including the spread sheet!

When you have you have some real world MPG numbers please share. Hopefully with a good tune and an efficient high compression engine, you will be better than with the 3.5.

PS: Yes I know you are a lead foot!
Dopes,

After the tune, what are you now averaging for MPG with the 3.7? I know you probably have a lead foot . . .

Thanks!
I'm lucky to get 15 in my 06 driving around the DC metro area.
