Funny, that's on my list of fall projects? What type of surface prep, just soap & water?

Looks great, the contrast of the bed cap vs the tail gate cap.

Keep us posted

That looks really similar to my bed. Other than M-F and the occasional Sat, in the first 10 years I could count how many "consecutive days" the RL spend outside as less than 100. Since the MIL moved in the RL has moved to the drive and I'm unsure if or when it will return to the Garage.

I'll try to grab a camera and see if I can get the same picture.

I got it at PepBoys maybe a year ago, but saw it there a few weeks ago while there for other reasons. With Pep Boys you can order it online and pick it up in the store, that would tell you what store has it or when the one near you have it once ordered.

Reckon it would be a good idea to treat a brand new bed and rails with this stuff, as a way of protecting them? Or just wait until they start turning grey?
I think it's too early to tell how the G2 beds will age since they are a different mix of plastic from the G1. Chances are it will but I'm willing to wait and find out and know this thread is here to help.
Supposedly, that is one of the things which "Honda" resolved with the new formulation of the new bed, time will tell.
