I agree with the above post. Not everyone needs a V8 full-sized truck for the occassional hauling or towing. Some of us with kids need a vehicle with some creature comforts to keep the children at bay while we use the other features to get stuff done.
I wouldn't be surprised to see more than one automaker take some of the ideas from the Ridgeline and incorporate them into future releases of their products.
The addition of the Ridgline to the midsize truck market can do nothing but help. Look what import cars have done for domestic design so far... Domestic car makers were badly hurt by import sales for cars and they are being forced to make better cars. Case and point the Ford Focus... Like they teach in economics, competition is healthy... Go Honda!
