Its right behind the glove box, easiest way is to empty the contents of the glove box and basically squeeze the glove box along the rear edge… squeeze the two long sides together. Once the glove box is down you will see a rectangular cover on the airbox, squeeze the two tabs and the tray will slide out.

Thanks. Found it and very easy replacement. BernardiParts.com has a cyber holiday sale with free shipping on orders of $150 or more. Decided to load up on filters, windshield wiper blades, etc...
