Hi all. I have a BE. It's 5 months old, and the calipers are rusting. What are my options? Is it warranty? Or should I just paint them.

That's more terrible news. At this rate, there will be nothing left of these trucks after 10 years. Just like those old Toyota's.

I have a newly purchased Black Edition and I am thinking about painting the calipers as well. Where are you seeing the rust on them?

You can see the rust thru the rim! I just found this. https://www.carid.com/2017-honda-ridgeline-caliper-covers/
Do you really mean calipers, they are usually alloy. The rotors are ferrous and will show rust if they sit a day or two in wet weather. This rust disappears after driving and using brakes once or twice. If it is the rotors you could hose them down with WD 40, they would look better, would not stop well at all.
All calipers rust unless you are in Arizona. They are simply cast steel in most cases that are zinc plated unless you get into high end cars or Brembos. Only way to keep them looking great for a very long time is to remove them, take them apart and paint them with a good epoxy paint or even better yet, have them powder coated. I always do this to all my rides however the RL was purchased late in fall. Come spring and nice weather I will be painting mine, probably charcoal and maybe a hint of flake. So far they have held up much better than any caliper I have owned running salt infested winter roads.
My EBC slotted and dimpled rotors are zinc plated. I drive my RTL every day so the rotor face never shows rust.
If you remove your calipers, make sure to get some good synthetic brake grease and grease the pins. I upgraded my brake pads and my pins were already dry. I only have 5k miles on my BE.

Good advice and in fact this is routine maintenance that should be done at least once a year. Usually in spring is best for those in snow country.
