So it seems their are going to be a few options for Canada
1 heated windshield
2 folding mirrors
3 rear climate control buttons for rear seats
4 ventilation seats

Kinda seems strange if this is true

I'm still waiting for Honda Canada to get its Ridgeline 'build it' function working on their website.

Come on Honda. :act047:

I'm waiting to see the pricing for the Canadian models before I pass judgement....
Here's what I got from my local dealership (in BC).

Pricing here is MSRP plus $1,725 FR&PDI, but does not include 'fees' & taxes.

LX $38,520
Sport $41,520
EX-L $44,520
Touring $49,020
Black $50,020

If you factor in the exchange rate, the G2 RL is actually cheaper in Canada. For e.g., $43,00 USD = $55,500 CDN right now.

So, to recap - Canada gets more features, AWD on all trim levels, more sensible trim levels, and cheaper pricing.

Living on the border (Buffalo metro) and having a cottage in Canada, I've purchased a boat from a Canadian dealer and even owned a Canadian RAM 1500 (bought at a Western NY RAM dealer, however). This crazy Honda model arrangement (i.e. Canadian choices are way better) may actually have me explore buying a G2 in St Catharines, ON (30 mins from my house) as long as the exchange rate stays in the 1.30 CAD = 1.00 USD arena.

My biggest detriment may be the tax/trade issue. I currently have a RAM that is still worth $39K wholesale...So an 'easy' swap at a US dealer (when G2 prices come down a little) might be a near 'wash' on dollars trading hands for a RTL-T or E.

There are also some market restrictions, however, on the Honda/Acura dealers in the US and Canada, so sometimes, it makes sense to find a 'used/demo' in Canada and process as a used car transaction...

I'll have to due some more research and/or make a stop at the dealer...
