No, I don't believe the bed has ever changed at all. Shouldn't be an issue.
Cap Question
Were there major changes on the Ridgeline bed from 2012 to 2013 that would not allow me to put a cap for an 06-12 Ridgeline on my 13'?

"Major change"? No.
BUT, I believe there was a change in where (or how many) tie down brackets are back there. I don't recall the specifics, but I wouldn't think it would effect your cap install.
Also, there is a slight change in the bed rail caps (on the top of the bed sides). It's nearly identical though, so again, I expect zero adverse effect.
