I agree an upholstery/carpet cleaner is what you need.
I order stuff from this company and I have picked out a few items that may help you a few of them say they remove wine soda coffee

The products I picked and are of the smaller size you can order larger.
1 GRIOT'S CAR CARE CARPET CLEANER #10997 22 Ounces video online
online says soda and wine.
2 GRIOT'S CAR CARE CARPET SPOT REMOVER #11375 says soda coffee wine spray can for spot duty.
3 GRIOT'S CAR CARE INTERIOR CLEANER #10956 22 Ounces
Also should get nylon carpet upholstery brush order one or Walmart/ Autozone type store should have that.
Some of these products I have in mini size that came in kit with buffer I ordered.
