Yesterday my son was playing in my car with a can of grape soda. He decided to shake the soda can and spray grape soda all over the inside of my car. I have been working for hours to get the sticky mess off my doors, windows and dashboard. I have a problem getting the grape soda stains off my seats. I also have a lot of grape soda on my floor mats. What do you recommend for cleaning my fabric seats. Please help I am a single mom and I don;t have the money to pay to have my car professionally cleaned.

It has been a while, but I have rented the Rug Doctor with the upholstery attachment. I think I used Nylac shampoo.

Thank you so much. I am desperate right now. I am hoping to get this mess cleaned up. My son is 6 and he just is a typical boy. It came home with a grape soda from our neighbors home. After I get this cleaned up I swear I'll get plastic seat covers for my car. I know they'll be warm in the summer. But in the back seat he seems to have such a mess.

I agree an upholstery/carpet cleaner is what you need.

This is fantastic. Later on this evening when my son is sleeping I'll check this out. Children are young and when you're a single mom it's hard. My brother said he would try to help me on Sunday. So I hope I can find some of these products locally and can buy them before he arrives.
