Cool! Sounds like your new scanner has access to more data than those using Torque pro or in my case Blue Driver. Seeing TPMS battery level for instance.

I wonder how much difference there is because he has a 2009 RL? (CANBUS protocol). Us 2006-2008 owners have the older 9141-2 protocol. And I hope to find out (before I die) how Honda got around the federal requirement for all MY 2008 and newer vehicles to have the CANBUS protocol.

My point about the protocol is that I believe the CANBUS protocol opens up more available info than I can get with the 9141-2 protocol.
