Has anybody purchased any carpet dashboard covers? I didn't see any in the Honda parts catalogue and I want one that will look and fit good. I do not want a cheap one that is sewn crooked!

I just bought the Dashmat and I ordered it through Cabela's. It may fall under your definition of cheap, but it's not sewn crooked. That said, it does not fit "perfectly" either. We have let it relax on the dash for a couple of days so we have time to tack it down. I think with two small trims in places that it won't show that I can make it fit much better. The seams are few and right on. It's just a wee bit too wide on each side.

When I get out to fit it in, I will try to take pics and post them.

I am not concerned about the slight trim. I wanted something to reduce glare without impeding the airbag and this seems to be a product that fulfills my requirements. It may not work for you.

Purchased the same DashMat as"Truckin'". Mine is black and the glare is completely gone.

Have had the same black color in my Camry since 2000, hasn't faded at all.

DashMat has some fancier ones available, bought what worked before. It was shipped fairly quickly, seems to be an instock item (black anyway).

We tacked our mat down today and I was pleasantly surprised that I had been hasty in declaring that it was too wide. It was measured quite precisely. I will start a new thread in the Installs and Mods category and post some photos.

Interesting that it differntiates between Ridgelines with roofracks and those without...
