There are issues, around the air bag wiring. I bought a set of seats from a 2012 for retrofitting into my 2006 while they were able to be bolted in, the airbag wiring was not compatible. We ended up stripping the upholstery from the 2012 seats and reinstalling on the 2006 seat frames.
Looks great and was cheaper than buying upholstery kits to recover the 2006 seats.
