You could always install roof rack tracks on the bed walls which is something I have debated doing for some time now.

Bed Rails
Wanted to share with you guys a bed rail I added to the G2 with a tonneau cover. Looks nice and doesn't get in the way of anything. I have installed rails inside - they work great and I recommend them, but they won't help tie down a boat with the bed cover on and closed
