Hi. I just bought a class A motorhome and want to flat tow my 2006 ridgeline. I've heard everything from "you can" to "don't even think about it".
Is there anyway it can be done? Would I need to get a transmission pump installed and disconnect the driveshaft everything? If anyone has any advice please help.

Thanks

The AWD system is not mechanically connected to the back axle and during 90% of normal driving the back wheels are free spinning so that's probably not going to be an issue but I don't know about the front wheels and if neutral is good enough to tow

Owners manual on my '07 clearly stated no flat towing. What is the rated capacity of your Class A, and could you trailer your RL?

The 2006 Owner's Manual says "don't flat tow", but if you must, follow a specific procedure and don't tow farther than 50 miles at 35 MPH.

Post #15 is the most comprehensive to me

Here is another thread, they talk about tow dollies too, this is all 1G stuff but it should still apply

Tldr; flat trailer or nothing to tow a RL
