Searched around and saw threads on PCV valve / engine bolts, but it didn't seem like that's the issue. Checked the power steering reservoir (full) and neither tube looked like it had leaks. Coolant looked a little low, but the car was running for half an hour (leaking fluid looks brown, not like blue coolant). I checked the oil level, and it looked within range - oil filter doesn't look like there are leaks from it either - just splashes from where ever the leak is.

Looks like the leak is somewhere under the motor mount near the PS resevoir and dripping down near the oil filter.

Any thoughts?

Hydraulic Motor Mount on that side may have failed, leaking the fluid out. Multiple threads on that subject, that's my first and best guess, never seen that much fluid though.
