Took back my 2006 Ridge from son to get it in shape for grandson, 196K miles, inspection said front brake pads down, need new pads and rotors, I ordered them on HPC, like $310 with shipping, went to work yesterday, the freaking rotors held on by little phillips screws, got 2 out with a hammer driver, had to drill out the other 2. But amazing part was the massive rust on the inside lower third of the surface of each rotor. That area had turned to a gnarly surface that ate into each pad. May be old news to pros, new to me, glad I replaced the rotors and pads.

FYI those screws are remnants of the assembly line. You don't need to put them back in
