Hi. My 2021 Ridgeline RTL-E is due this week. I understand it isn’t a hard core off road vehicle but I will be driving a lot of rough dirt roads. And they are a mess during what we call “mud season.” Does the 2021 come with a front skid plate? Should I add one? If so, what one?

Thanks!

I just installed a No-Lo skid plate in my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E 2 weeks ago and I'm very pleased with it. I originally ordered a Roadmaster RL17 (steel) front skid plate but had to return it (at cost to me of $116 for UPS shipping) because I just could not get it to line-up with the mounting holes and bolt-in properly after multiple attempts with over 2 hours of work. No such problems with the No-Lo skid plate. It fits perfectly and has an optional cut-out so you can retain access to the front jack point if you want. The No-Lo is the way to go!
