My 18' boat weights about 2000lbs all total and I read I'm going to need a full size spare if I should have a flat. I have a landing I use 90% of the time that is 3 miles from home and lots of tire shops close by. Do they make just a steel wheel or a basic wheel that could be used as a full-size spare? Trying to find something I can use for those rare times I go farther away without breaking the bank. 22' Ridgeline. Thanks Retired Fisherman on a Budget

First Gen had a 17” steel wheel which was on the “RT” and possibly the “RTX” (will gladly correct when I find out I’m wrong) but in addition to checking junkyards and tire shops, you can also check Craigslist and eBay for possible single wheels for spare tire duty. And once you get 9 more posts @JDR54 you can put a WTB in the Trading Post

Where are you located? If by chance you’re near Chicago I have a full size spare (17” RTL wheel with decent but older rubber) that you could have for free. ,.

There are plenty of inexpensive options that your local Discount Tire can recommend to you. Sending a DM.
