Doing the paper work on a 2011 RTL w/NAV 31,000 miles.

Its certified as well. Just have to have it shipped out to me in CA.

All in all....honestly, it comes down to what it's worth to you.
I ran the #'s for my area on the east coast and here is Edmunds & KBB values.
It appears on the upper echelon of what they consider fair market range.
I watched 2 x 10' RTL's w/ Nav; under 40k miles sit on carsdotcom for 3 months before they sold.
They were listed for $21,900, but it was during the summer and a buyers market. Now is a sellers market so expect to pay more.
If it was me and I wanted it, I would get it. It's not like they are making them anymore...lol.

Area; season; supply & demand have a lot to do with pricing.

Price wise, its all relative.

@ 31K miles she's got a long way to go. As an experienced owner, you know exactly what-and-when she needs something, so now surprises.

Near as I can tell, there's nothing in that price bracket with the comfort, drivability and features of the RL, so I think you done good.

My friend you got a FANTASTIC price! Used Ridgelines are very overpriced right now and that was a great price comparatively speaking.
