Put the front wheels on dollys.
Harbor Freight sells dollys for like 50 bucks.

Jack up the front and pull it onto the trailer with a winch.

Disconnect the front tie rod and turn the wheels by hand. EDIT:(I've never even looked to see if it has a tie rod) I guess if it doesn't then there has to be a way to disconnect the steering wheel from the part of the front suspension that is turning the wheels. Might need to remove a steering arm off the axle assembly by the brakes. (i'm trying to visualize it in my head), With the problems I've had with my truck, I've fortunately had no issues with the steering/suspension.
