Disregard. I found a manual online. Low beam H11 and Fog H8 High HB3

So anybody tried the Philips LED bulbs for the fogs/low beam?

Headlamp reflectors are designed for a particular light source. Its basically a mirror so what you see in the road is a reflected image. Changing the source changes the image. The beam pattern WILL change. And its unlikely it will do so in a good way. Filaments are continuous from one end of the cylinder to the other with sharp cut offs. LED's are like point light sources have discontinuities between each LED.

Please read through the following. It is an article about HID retrofits, but the concepts still apply here.

In the end, do what you want, but if you're after better lighting, you probably won't find it with any kind of retrofit bulb kit.
I agree that you need to have the reflector matching the light source. Will just a bulb change work? Most likely it will, but it will be less-than-stellar, IMHO.

Also, wouldn't 3000k lights be better for fog than 6000k units? I realize that mfrs like to push higher temps because they output more lumens per watt, but I'd want to have whatever works best, regardless of bragging rights. I haven't followed fog light tech in a long time, so maybe things have changed?

I agree. I think people are using the "fog lights" more like driving lights now. I prefer to use them for bad weather situations rather than "everyday around town driving putting light on the road" lights.

I put in a set of 3000k HID bulbs from DDM on my 2004 4Runner (just the 35w ones) that I think cost about $30. Never had any issues with them and they put out a nice yellow light to the ground which helped out in bad weather, and looked hella nice! Since they were so close to the ground I didnt have to worry about blinding anyone either. I plan to use them again when I get the RL. Here is a link to the kit I had:
