I was listening to the comedy channel and heard an ad for "How to become a billionaire" The radio display showed a web site URL. Does XM claim to be ad free?

From the XM web site FAQ's:
Does XM have commercials?
All of XM Radio's music channels are 100% commercial free. Today's FM stations carry 18 minutes or more commercials per hour.

I guess the comedy channel is not a music channel and therefore may air commercials???
