Not sure if there are others with more mileage, but @silkiechicken has over 125k miles and I believe only routine maintenance:

2019 BE.... 83k, having the TSB hood latch and flutter done now. P0430 (covered under TSB) came up last week, that's as major as it got.

21 sport with 13k, some guys on here must drive 60+ miles a day!
I bought my 2019 in June of 2021... with 40k on the clock... The original purchase for it happened in December 2018. So they took 30 months to put 40k on the odometer... I added 35k in 17 months (about 75 miles a day 6 days a week)

I guess one might have to define "trouble free" miles. We have done all our own routine maintenance except the timing belt, and the truck has yet to leave us "stranded" anywhere. It is a daily driver/commuter with light weekend warrior work with minimal boat towing.

Here would be my "troubles" that I can think of:

My blower motor fan got squeaky, so I had that replaced under warranty about the 30k mark. It is squeaky again, but I haven't done anything about it.

I did manage to "warp" the rotors a few years into ownership, but we just got that fixed by having the front rotors resurfaced at the auto parts store... and I have yet to replace the pads or rotors since they have plenty of life left at 130k+ when we last checked (while adjusting parking brake).

I did have tranny judder TSB thing happen after the 85k mark, but we also just "fixed" that by doing a 3x drain and fill and now doing a 1x change every 30k.

We also did have the TSB Fuel Injector issue at about 100k, and that was replaced at no charge to us, along with the open recalls that I was avoiding for years.

Other than that.... oh, lots of rock chips and on my 3rd windshield.

For us... none of our "troubles" were any trouble per se, but for others, may be a bigger deal?

Curious about the highest miles on a GEN2 with no repairs? Who here has high trouble free miles?
2017 82k. Had the normal recall stuff and the fuel injectors. Rear bearings went out around 75k. Otherwise no major issues yet... Going to do the ATF 3x drain and fill every 15-20k here on out I think...

Rear bearings at 75k? That’s awfully low mileage. What was that bill?

64K on a 2017 RTL-E - no issues but have changed tranny fluid twice (I paid once). I've seen many reports of over 100K miles already, but note on forums you only hear the bad reports. No one is posting "my truck runs fine" (thankfully)

My 2017 has 58000 miles. I just changed the battery. I also just had a B-12 service done with passing grades on my original tires and brake pads. My 7" screen, however, won't display the wallpaper a week ago. I guess I'll have to reboot by disconnecting the battery?
