I don't know that it's quite that easy, but what do I know? Some might say not much.

State lemon law?
Describe the noise from the glass. I have a pop or bump on the rt side towards the rear. I wonder If it's the same issue. Just looked at a parts breakdown of rear door glass. The only thing I see on the door glass that could be glued are the two mounting tabs on the bottom of the glass. A replacement glass would be in order not a reglue. Even if it could be reglued you would not use silicone. More than likely epoxy. Demand a new glass. FIND ANOTHER DEALER.
Nearly bought an MDX, but after going to forums I decided not to. Surprised at Honda's slip lately. Rattles, loose grab handles, water leaks, broken latches....wow. My wife's 2013 has been mechanically good, but it has rattles/squeaks I wouldn't tolerate. I've got a RAM truck and it is more solid and rattle free. Come on Honda, step up........Honda quality has been dropping for years now but for some reason I keep on going back. Ironically I've had the best luck with Fords but those were pushrod engines. I've never had an issue with a Honda or Acura (20 or so in the family since the 1980's) that were produced in Japan. The problems for me started in 2009 with models built in the US. The Acuras of the early 90's were bulletproof works of art.
:surprise:Either you are just venting or you are a crazy person.
You took your truck to a car wash and got some swirl marks. Your fault on that one.
You are angry over a paint issue, but the issue must be incredibly minor if you had the truck for 5 months before and never noticed it. And even then only a professional detailer could spot it.
And now Honda is actively fixing a problem for you're mad because it's taking "ALL DAY".
Time to take a few deep breaths...
I'm pretty sure you just got on the "the list" my friend...:wink:Either you are just venting or you are a crazy person.

Sorry that you have to deal all of this BS but see what the lawyer says. I'm no expert but would think you have to give them a chance to fix your vehicle though. You just can't decide when you are fed up and expect a new RL when you want because you paid a lot of money. Both you and Honda have rights and so far Honda has fixed your car.
