Describe the noise from the glass. I have a pop or bump on the rt side towards the rear. I wonder If it's the same issue. Just looked at a parts breakdown of rear door glass. The only thing I see on the door glass that could be glued are the two mounting tabs on the bottom of the glass. A replacement glass would be in order not a reglue. Even if it could be reglued you would not use silicone. More than likely epoxy. Demand a new glass. FIND ANOTHER DEALER.

Man! I hate tearing a vehicle apart. I always wonder how many screws and fasteners were left over. Hell! I cant even get the dealer tech to put everything back when the do just an oil change. I changed the oil in my wifes car the other day after the dealer changed it last time. Two vacant holes. Two plastic retainers missing from the front engine shield.
