I'm sure many of you know about and have joined the Honda Owner Link website (if you haven't, it is here, and you should!) but they are inviting owners to complete an online survey form, and I did ours today.
We have had a virtually perfect experience with our Ridgeline, so I didn't have much to complain about, but here is what I fed-back to Honda in the survey:
1. All doors do not unlock when stopping, which is contrary to what is needed and what is stated in the Owner's Manual.
2. Homelink buttons should glow or be backlit or lit-up somehow.
3. The backlighting of the main guages is tricky to adjust/balance vs. the Radio & A/C (LCD) backlights, also Day vs. Night.
4. "The one thing we would improve about the vehicle" would be to Increase engine power, though I admit we have been babying this vehicle and only have 750 miles on it after 5 weeks!
The survey is very comprehensive, and I know others here will have much more to say to Honda, but it might be interesting to share your feedback here.
