It looks like there's a cap over a nut probably but hoping someone with experience can give me specific tips on easy replacement. 2007 Honda ridgeline. Thanks.

there is a plastic or rubber cap at the bottom end of the wiper blade assembly, pop that off and there is a nut to remove with socket. The hold assembly near the nut you removed by the shaft and further down and just lift to end of the blade to take some tension off of the wiper blade and glass, then wiggle very little and slowly by the shaft which should pull up. When reassebling try to line up the blade with the windshield defrost elements and tighten nut, don't over torque,
