Wrangler - 05 - More off road use than a truck
Tahoe - 04 - In the shop more than on the road
Trail Blazer - 03 In the shop more than on the road
F-250 - 02 In the gas station more than on the road
Tacoma, 01 and 97 Ok but got bored with them
4 runner 00 and 01 Nice vehicles - no issues

2, including my RTL That I have bought have used my dad's explorer also (HATE IT).

My 1990 Amigo is still holding on ... I just can't get rid of it and it just keeps running.

IMHO ... no offense I think the Ridgeline looks like an extended 90 Amigo from the side. Maybe I have been looking through amigo colored lenses too long :)

Interesting poll, but one thing, you wanted this to be a single pick (radio button instead of check boxes) poll. Right now I can say this is my first truck and that I have owned > 4 trucks at the same time, but I behaved myself for once :D.

This is my first truck and may be my last truck, I will just keep buying Ridgelines for ever, at least until someone comes up with a better option which will likely be a long time given how cool this truck is.

I know. I started to formulate it one way and then changed my mind and forgot to uncheck the multiple choice box.

1992 F150, that I still have Ridgester - I'll sell it to you cheap. It won't pass smog here.
2000 Tundra that I happily traded in for the RL.

Ok, so I've owned a few (and only started buying my own vehicles 16 years ago):
1991 Ferd Ranger (extended cab 2x4 - yes, it drove like a piece of wood) - 75K miles
1998 Dodge Ram 1500 2x4 (also drove like a piece of wood) 45K miles
2003 Cummins Dodge Ram 4x4 (drove like 2 pieces of wood, but with lots of torque) 50K miles
2006 Honda - so far, 10K miles

if we include SUV's
1989 Geo Tracker (SUV? POS, definitely!)
1993 Ferd Explorer

We also have a Subaru Outback Legacy Wagon w/ 136K miles and still going - love that vehicle - if Subaru made a full size truck, I'd buy it!

2000 Toyota Tundra.

Very nice truck but not practical with an infant.

The Ridge, however, is a different story.

Not counting SUVS:
78 Chevy C2500 2WD 3/4 Ton Short wide box with 454 CI Engine (great truck)
84 Chevy C1500 4WD 4X4
80 Ford F150 2WD
84 Ford F150 2wd
89 Isuzu P'UP 4WD
90 Dodge Dakota 2WD
96 Dodge Dakota 4WD Ext Cab (Put 218,000 miles on this)
Bunch of SUVS in this time area
06 Ridgeline RTL

All trucks except the Dodge 2WD and the Ridgeline were brought used. The Honda is the best by far...I can feel the difference.

I think the results of this poll are very interesting. If this represents anything like a cross section of the total RL buying population it shows that Honda is attracting first time truck buyers (~32%) as well as buyers with many years of truck experience behind them. I find it especially interesting that almost 20% of the buyers were not even interested in a truck prior to the RL. Did Honda pretty much get it right the first time?
