The original battery in my 2014 is a 72-month battery with lots of Japanese/Chinese writing on it - I'm unable to identify the brand. The batteries in my 2010 and 2007 were made by Johnson Controls for Honda. They both failed in less than 3 years. I seem to recall they were "mostly black" with "limited information" and no colorful labels on top.

The two that were replaced under warranty were Honda-branded, 100-month batteries as shown in the photo above.

Since this is a Honda-branded battery, it is very likely it was installed by a Honda dealer. If it was a warranty replacement, any Honda dealer can look at your VIN number and tell. If it was an out-of-warranty replacement, there is a chance the dealer who replaced it reported it to CARFAX. My local Honda dealer is good to report any maintenance or repairs they perform to CARFAX no matter what brand of vehicle it is.
