I have 2 styles of cargo rack.
The Vantech rack, is probably the most cost effective option, and is directly designed for the Ridgeline. It DOES require drilling holes into the plastic bed caps.

Yakima overhaul, and Thule transporter are other options, but would require some custom cobbling together or fabrication of parts. The advantage of the Yakima Overhaul is that it is a no drill option, but you will have to figure out installation/fabrication of load rails as it was never directly designed for the Ridgeline.
The vantech rack is also the only one compatable with tonneau covers.
My other rack is a low profile cargo rack for mountain biking, and probably wouldn’t suit your needs.
