Hello my Mom has a 2007 Ridgeline and all of a sudden the interior lights stopped working. So they will not come on when the door is opened nor will they come on when pressed, so with that I do not think it's the door jam module thing. The tiny Map light still works and the lights on the door by your feet still work but none of the other dome lights work and they were working and then all of a sudden one night noticed that they didn't come on when we opened the door. Also note that the driver side dome light was burned out and we had not gotten around to replacing it yet so not sure if that could have caused any issues. Anyways not sure what would cause all or well most of the lights to just not work at all. Also she took out the fuse and was told Fuse was OK by the guy and O'reilly.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Maybe the interior light control switch got bumped. It is located to the right of the steering column.

you mean the 3 way rocker that has on door and off if so then no that did not get bumped as we have tried it in all the postilions and still nothing.

Hey OK well I will look anyways is there a good guide or video showing how to remove the assembly and no we have not switched to LEDS but I saw someone else do it and they seem like nice lights to have in there compared to the regular bulbs.

You've checked the fuse? Looks like #6 under dash. All the interior lights are on the same circuit. If the map lights don't come on when you press them, it suggests circuit problem.

Also, check your dash lights. Shouldn't affect, but there is an odd mention of the dash light level control in the circuit.

Hey we checked all the fuses and they are fine. The other thing though is now after an hour or two of the new lights and switches being in they work when being pressed but still not when you open the door.

That suggests something with the ON/OFF/DOOR switch on the dash. There is power to the front map lights no matter what position the switch is in. The individual lights can be turned on/off by pushing them.

The rear lights will not come on by pushing them if the switch is in the off position. All lights should come on when the dash switch is turned ON, and all lights should come on when you open a door, unlock with key, etc. if the switch is in the DOOR position. Also, in DOOR position, rear lights can be turned on individually by pushing them. It looks like that rocker switch should be easy to test/replace
