On sale a Walmart.com for cheap. You can just plug into DC port or hardwire. Does all different colors. Remote controlled but remembers the last setting so I have it hooked to ignition but may go to parking light.

You'll want to lay it all out in the cab to make sure its going to work.

I'm not a forum guru. I'm an install guru, theres a big difference. I don't have time for that crap! I'm to busy modding my truck. I've owned it for a whole week now.

Enjoy the posts, soon I'll be all finished and disappear. I pop back up again when I can afford shocks/struts, wheels & tires, aggressive brake pads & SS braid brake lines. I just dropped $400 on PIAA LED lights for fogs and Hi beam. These JDM LEDS are killing me! $$50-$70/pr + shipping from Japan.

What's the site for PIA leds? I have PIAA Extremes in all frt lights. not led though.

Rakuten Global. I buy from sellers Creer & Wattsu they carry the LEDs. They also have cool horns and other stuff. I'm getting my Honda OEM style horn wire harness from there.

The Philips X-treme Ultinon LEDs are the shiznit but they are $50+/pr and for turn you'll need ballast resistors. Their fogs lights are legit but I'm going to try the PIAAs for Hi beam and fog. About $200 or less shipped.

Hey IT8:

These LEDs look really cool, I've got a couple of questions maybe you can help me with:

Are these dimmable and do they remember the color and intensity?

Can you have it delay so they fade to off a few seconds after the interior lights shut off?

If I wanted to light up the front foot wells and under the front seats (for the rear passengers) can I use one setup with the 6" or 12" extensions?

Any "gotchas" I need to look out for?

Get the starter kit and then a 6" add on kit. They are dimmable down to an extent. The lowest setting is probably all you'll need. They do 16 colors and it will remember the settings. Its the stuff as their Mosiac line sold for home interriors but its black instead of white and this is way cheaper, marketing. I put the 6" strips up front and 12" strips in back. Pay attention to the arrows as it says in the video. I got one reversed and had to find where i did it.
I put a three foot cable across the front from driver to pass then a 5' and a 3' or something to the rear and then another 3' across the back. I used electrical tape to hold the connections together. I started on base of the plug. Do that or shrink wrap. Clean your surfaces with alcohol so the strips stick.
