Can anyone tell me what the triangular shaped plastic cover that snaps above the door panel is called?

I tried searching for interior mirror cover and always get exterior chrome covers as a result.

I need to get a new pair without holes that previously held my tweeters in my 2007 Ridgeline.

Here's what you're looking for, I believe (item 8 or 16)..... it's found under interior/bumper, and then "mirror". You can find it @ Bernardiparts.com or similar source.
