My RTL-E "ACC / Adaptive Cruise Control" indicator light always stay ON/GREEN and I look at the manual and still kinda confuse.

Can someone help, if the "ACC" indicator is always stay ON/GREEN even during the normal driving? or it suppose to OFF?

Pushing the "Main" button on the steering wheel turns it and Lane Keep Assist off.
